Deane began his career with McDonnell Douglas and subsequently Boeing, holding a variety of progressive management positions in Aircraft Assembly and Manufacturing Systems Operations. In 2003, he joined Safran Landing Systems in Ajax, ON and continued his career with position growth from Program Manager to multiple Director positions responsible for the Military, Boeing and Commercial and Business jet programs.

In 2010, Deane was promoted to the position of VP, Boeing 787 Program followed by expanding his portfolio to include all North American programs in 2015.

Deane holds both a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science Degrees, in addition to his PMP designation.
