Per the instructions included on the Registration Form:
- Complete pages 2 and 3 and sign, scan and return pages to leigh.kras@theOAC.ca
- OAC will issue an invoice for your registration
- When you are registered you will be requested to fill out the online "company profile" form and provide details of your company capabilities. These details will be used for your profile in the online catalogue
